![]() | Open champions set to return ![]() Greg Norman - one of the few Open winners missing A total of 22 past Open champions have confirmed that they will be competing in next Wednesday's special four-hole Past Champions Challenge at St Andrews. All but six - Sam Snead, Peter Thomson, Roberto de Vicenzo, Tony Jacklin, Tom Weiskopf and Ian Baker-Finch - are also competing in the Open itself. The event will be played in threes or fours, with the winning team earning �40,000 for charity. In addition, each of the 22 participants will be given the Freedom of the Links. Norman injury Veteran Arnold Palmer has decided not to fly over, but the only other champions missing are Greg Norman, who is currently injured, Johnny Miller, Kel Nagle and Max Faulkner.
