
Lepine helped Panthers win the Challenge Cup and play-offs last term
Nottingham Panthers defenceman Guy Lepine has signed a deal to return to the club for a second season.
The 25-year-old French-Canadian, who joined last August, external, told the club website: "There's only one team to play for in Britain and that's the Panthers.
"I had a great year and wanted to come back, the organisation wanted me back, the coach wanted me back and I'm thrilled we've worked out the details."
Meanwhile, back-up netminder Dan Green has also signed a new contract.
Lepine was named player of the year by the Nottingham supporters and also won the Panthers players' player of the year award.
