Rory McIlroy slipped down the field in the last two rounds

Rory McIlroy finished the WGC-CA Championship in Florida on Sunday with a one-over-par 73.

The 19-year-old from Holywood, who was in contention at halfway, carded two birdies, a bogey and a double-bogey at the fourth to end on nine under.

Dungannon's Darren Clarke moved up to three under after a 69 while Portrush player Graeme McDowell finished two over following a 73.

Dubliner Padraig Harrington had a 71 to join McIlroy on nine under.

Phil Mickelson won on 19 under, one ahead of Nick Watney.
