Derbyshire's Melissa Reid gave a solid display to finish third in the Women's Australian Open in Melbourne. Reid carded a four-under-par 288 after a final round of 70 to finish four shots behind winner Karrie Webb. Australian Webb took the title for the fourth time after a thrilling play-off against South Korean Ji-Yai Shin. Reid, 20, who held a brief lead after she birdied the ninth, said: "I played okay. I'm quite happy but I'm here to win. I'm not here to finish third."
