Wales' Becky Brewerton is in danger of missing the cut at the Wales Ladies Championship after shooting a first round score of 76 - four over par. Her place in the European Solheim Cup team is now hanging in the balance as she is 10 shots behind the leader.
That is Denmark's Lisa Sorensen who leads on six under par at Machynys Golf Club.
Meanwhile, fellow Welsh golfer Becky Morgan was also struggling to make the pace finishing her round one over.
