Angel Cabrera's US Open win has secured him a place in the HSBC World Match Play Championship at Wentworth. The Argentine is the fourth player to qualify for the 16-man event on 11-14 October which has golf's richest first prize of �1m.
Also through is defending champion Paul Casey, world number one Tiger Woods and Masters champion Zach Johnson.
Whether Woods returns after his first-round defeat by Shaun Micheel last year has yet to be confirmed.
Ten players qualify from their performances in the four majors.
Currently filling the eight spots behind Cabrera and Johnson are Jim Furyk, Rory Sabbatini, Retief Goosen, Jerry Kelly, David Toms, Justin Rose, Niclas Fasth and Bubba Watson.
Four others will come from European Tour qualifying events, with Anders Hansen, Yang Yong-eun, Henrik Stenson and Richard Sterne currently in pole position.
