The 47-year-old, who is already his team's Ryder Cup captain, says he is unlikely to play at the K Club.
Lehman finished on 34 Stableford points in Colorado with Hawaiian Wilson, who secured his first USPGA title with a 10-foot putt at the second extra hole.
Sergio Garcia managed only a three-over 75 to drop from seventh to 29th.

But all eyes were on Lehman, who has still to decide what he will do if he earns selection for next month's Ryder Cup against Europe at the K Club in Ireland.
He moved up to 19th in the American standings with just this week's USPGA Championship to come before the top 10 are automatically selected.
"If I were to make the team I don't know what to do. That's the truth," he said.
"But would I play? Probably not really because I'm not putting well. I feel like I would be letting the team down with the putter. I wouldn't want to deal with that."
Under the tournament's modified Stableford scoring format, two points are awarded for a birdie, five for an eagle and eight for an albatross.
A bogey earns a one-point deduction while three points are subtracted for a double-bogey or worse.
