The Irish pairing of Padraig Harrington and Paul McGinley finished joint 12th in the curtailed WGC-World Cup on Portugal's southern Algarve coast. Rain washed out Sunday's final day, and with a forecast of more to come, it was decided that the position after 54 holes would be the result.
Harrington and McGinley, winners in 1997, carded a 64 on Saturday but finished 11 shots off the lead.
Victory went to Welsh pair Bradley Dredge and Stephen Dodd.
