Chad Campbell's eight birdies and an eagle in an eight-under-par round of 64 earned him the first-round lead at the Honda Classic in Palm Beach. The American opened up a two-shot lead over Brett Wetterich, with Swede Jesper Parnevik in third on five under. Justin Rose was the best placed Briton, sharing seventh place on three under with defending champion Todd Hamilton and Kevin Na. World number two Vijay Singh was level with Nick Faldo on one under par.
