Three injured by falling branch
The fallen red oak tree
Tiger Woods' second round at the USPGA Championship was held up for several minutes after a huge tree branch snapped and fell onto three men.

Television technician Frank Choy had to be freed from under the 40-foot branch and was taken to hospital for treatment on a left-leg injury.

Bob Welsch, also a television employee, and an unnamed spectator were treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The red oak by the green on the fourth hole was cut down after the day's play.

Woods, playing partners Michael Campbell and Kevin Sutherland, and several thousand spectators looked on anxiously while the men were helped.

The branch fell moments after Woods' approach shot to the green.

After the delay, Woods went on to bogey the hole - his third in a row.
