The US will defend their UBS Cup title on Kiawah Island's Cassique course when the fourth edition of the annual event takes place from 19-21 November. Arnold Palmer will captain the US team against Gary Player's Rest of the World outfit at the Tom Watson-designed links course in South Carolina.
Each team consists of six players aged 40-49, and six players 50 and over.
The $3m event will be sanctioned by the European Seniors Tour, the PGA Tour and the US Champions Tour.
Player said: "What a magnificent setting for the UBS Cup.
"Tom Watson did our side a favor in creating a links-type course. Our players are going to feel right at home."
Hoch comeback
The US won the inaugural UBS Cup in 2001, held on the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island, by a score of 12.5-11.5.
The US then retained the trophy with a 14.5 - 9.5 victory in 2002 on the Seaside Course at Sea Island, Georgia.
In a thrilling event last year at Sea Island the tournament ended in a 12-12 draw, meaning the trophy stayed in the United States.
The Rest of the World had opportunities to win for the first time but the teams finished tied when American Scott Hoch snatched a half with Argentine Eduardo Romero.
