England's David Lynn is one of three golfers leading the Algarve Portuguese Open going into the final round. Spanish pair Miguel Angel Jimenez and Ignacio Garrido are the other two joint leaders on 11 under.
But with 17 players within three shots of the lead, including Welshman Ian Woosnam on eight under, the tournament is perfectly poised.
Despite earning over 1m on the European Tour, Lynn is still searching for his first tournament win.
He shares the lead by virtue of an eagle at the last - but a double bogey on the opening hole had hinted at an uncertain day ahead.
"I was a bit cheesed off coming off the first but managed to birdie the next two and that was what I needed because you could start to lose your focus," said Lynn.
"But I've been working on the psychological side of my game for nearly a year and it's paying off. That was the area I felt I needed to improve."
Lynn says he will not be intimidated by starting the final round at the top of the leaderboard.
"Some players don't like it but you have to relish these situations where every shot means something. I've put myself in a nice position again so we will see what tomorrow brings."
