Brady to play keepy-uppy
Karren Brady
Oi, come back here Pesch!

Birmingham chief executive Karren Brady has promised to keep husband Paul Peschisolido up all night if their sides meet in the FA Cup.

Sheffield United striker Peschisolido fired his side into the quarter-finals with a goal against Colchester - and if Brady's bunch beat Sunderland in a replay, they will face the Blades for a place in the last four.

Brady said she would do her best to tire her other half out on the eve of the potential clash next month.

"I will try and keep him up all night on the Saturday should our teams play each other!" she laughed.

Peschisolido has a good record against his wife's club, scoring in a 3-1 victory at Bramall Lane in 2001 and grabbing a brace as United won 4-0 later the same year.

Blades boss Neil Warnock joked: "We are going to move Paul out of the house. Karren might put something in his food!"

Sexy football

Model in bikini
Anyone for football?

The United States is setting up a 'Lingerie Football League' after a trial run during the Super Bowl proved to be a big hit.

The league will essentially involve a group of scantily-clad models running around playing American football.

Each team will be made up of 13 models dressed in skimpy underwear under the tutelage of a celebrity quarterback.

So far four sides have signed up - Chicago Passion, Los Angeles Dreams, New York Euphoria and Dallas Desire.

The two best teams will face off during the half-time interval at next year's Super Bowl.

Around 40 million people are thought to have watched this year's Lingerie Bowl on a pay-per-view cable channel.

Presumably not the same audience left horrified by Janet Jackson's recent exposure.
