Highlights - England 1-1 USA Ledley King looks set to miss England's next Group C World Cup game against Algeria on Friday after suffering a groin strain against the United States. The Tottenham defender was replaced at half-time during the 1-1 draw with the US in Rustenburg on Saturday. "He has an abductor tear," said England coach Fabio Capello. "He'll probably be ready for the game after Algeria." The Italian was, however, not too disheartened by England's performance, saying: "Only the result wasn't good." Emile Heskey, otherwise impressive in attack, and Shaun Wright-Phillips missed one-on-one, while Wayne Rooney and Frank Lampard failed to make the most of reasonable openings inside the box. "We created a lot of chances to score goals," said Capello. "We pressed a lot and played a good game, they (the US) shot once and scored one goal. "We are in a good moment as a team and the next game will be better." Capello pointed out other positives, too, highlighting the performance of Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard in central midfield. "Everything is positive - only the result is not positive. All the players played well - Steve and Frank played well - all we can hope is that next time the chances go in." Gerrard 'shocked' by USA goal Gerrard, too, looked to the positives after the match and insisted England were now firmly fixed on securing seven points in the group. "We deserved more from the game - just," said Gerrard. "It was difficult. The most important thing in the first game is not to lose. "We wanted to win but unfortunately we've let a poor goal in and have been unable to come back and get a winner. Our target now is seven points." After England play Algeria on 18 June, Capello's side face Slovenia on 23 June.
