Dwight Yorke has hinted he could end his international career after Trinidad and Tobago's exit from the World Cup. The 34-year-old former Manchester United striker has won 52 caps for the Soca Warriors and sees the World Cup as the perfect way to bow out.
"It is an emotional occasion for me because it may be the last time I play for my country," said Yorke.
"I thank everyone for their support. I've played for over 20 years and these have been the best times of my life."
Trinidad and Tobago, under the captaincy of Yorke, got their World Cup campaign off to an inspired start as they held Sweden to a goalless draw in their opening match.
However, the World Cup debutants then lost 2-0 to both England and Paraguay to finish bottom of Group C.
