Coventry City Ladies kept their promotion bid on track with a 3-2 win at Rochdale in the Northern Division of the Women's Premier League.
Leanne McKenna and Karen Clough gave Paul Cudby's side a 2-0 lead at the break but City had to rely on another McKenna effort after being pegged back.
Cudby said: "We've put ourselves in a great position against teams much more experienced than ourselves.
"With four games to go, we know that four wins means we are promoted."
