Plymouth Argyle Ladies rounded off their pre-season preparations with a comfortable win over Bristol Academy at Filton Academy.
Plymouth's goals came from Katie Middleton, Tash Knapman and Charlie Carter.
The victory comes ahead of their opening South West Combination League fixture at home against Swindon Town next Sunday.
Argyle finished last season fifth in the South West Combination League.
