Everton beat Arsenal 1-0 to lift the 2008 Premier League Cup

Everton Ladies will meet Arsenal Ladies in the semi-finals of the Premier League Cup, a repeat of last season's semi-final, at Marine AFC.

The two sides also met in the 2008 final when the Blues beat the Gunners 1-0 at Leyton Orient.

In the last meeting between the sides Arsenal overcame their rivals 1-0 to lift the 2009 Premier League National Division title on goal difference.

The other semi-final sees Chelsea take on either Leeds or Blackburn.

Both ties will be played on Sunday, 6 December 2009, with kick off at 1400 GMT.
