Sunderland 2-1 Millwall Lionesses
A late goal by Abby Holmes gave the Black Cats their second win of the season.
Millwall had taken a fifth-minute lead through Meghan McCeag before Jordan Nobbs brought the home side level 10 minutes before half-time.
But Holmes struck the winner four minutes from time.
Bristol Academy 0-1 Nottingham Forest
A Beth Bailey goal 19 minutes into the second half was enough to give Forest victory.
The Forest captain rose at the far post to head home a fine cross by Andi Bell.
It meant that Bristol's sorry start to the season continued - after three matches they are pointless and bottom of the table.
Watford 3-2 Blackburn Rovers
Sarah Wiltshire bagged a brace as Watford came from behind to collect a deserved victory.
Katie Anderton shot the visitors in front after 15 minutes, but the Hornets produced a stinging three-goal spell in the second half.
Faye Marsh equalised a minute after the break and then Wiltshire scored in the 61st and 80th minutes to seal victory.
Karen Burke hit Blackburn's second goal two minutes into stoppage time.
Birmingham City 0-1 Doncaster Belles
An early goal by Liz Hansen gave the Belles their first win of the season.
The Canadian striker, back in action after a long spell out through injury, netted her first foal of the campaign after only 12 minutes.
Cristina Torkildsen hit the post for Birmingham midway through the second half, but the home side could not force an equaliser.
