First Tower won the Upton for the second year running

Jersey club First Tower retained the Ladies' Upton when they beat Guernsey St Martin's 5-0 to win the JFA Centenary Bowl.

After an even first half Louise Van der Vliet opened the scoring just before the break.

After the interval Kerry Sauvage made it 2-0 before Van der Vliet netted two to complete her hat-trick and Alisha Caulton scored Tower's fifth.

The win completed an undefeated season for the Tower ladies.

Delighted First Tower coach Geoff Van der Vliet told BBC Radio Jersey: "It's the best team performance First Tower ladies have done for the best part of 12 months.

"Every single one of them involved played as a team. Absolutely fantastic."
