England lose to Nigeria
Nigeria's Perpetua Nkwocha
Nigeria's Perpetua Nkwocha scored twice for the Super Falcons
England's women's side were taught a lesson in finishing as they crashed to a 3-0 defeat at home to Nigeria.

England dominated possession for much of the game at the Madejski Stadium but failed to press home their advantage.

Rita Nwadike's first-half strike and two goals from Perpetua Nkwocha after the break gave Nigeria victory.

Katie Chapman, Rachel Yankey and Kristy Moore all missed good chances for England, who were looking for a fourth straight home win.

Coach Hope Powell said: "We played some of our best football but we just couldn't score. Nigeria had three chances and scored from all of them.

"We need to learn from that - you have to be clinical at this level."
