York have signed Scunthorpe striker Daniel McBreen on a month's loan, with a view to a longer stay. The 30-year-old joined the Iron from Falkirk last summer, but has made just a handful of appearances for them.
He has also been pushed down the pecking order by the recent arrival on loan of Millwall's Ben May.
York managing director Jason McGill said: "I would like to thank Scunthorpe chairman Steve Wharton for the great support they have shown York."
