Yeovil Town are to lose their main sponsor at the end of the season.

Bradfords, who supply building materials, have decided not to renew a deal that stretches back eight years.

"It hasn't come as a surprise. Bradfords did give us an indicator about a year ago," said Yeovil chief executive Martin Starnes.

"We have been able to put some irons in the fire and we do have several companies interested in the sponsorship next season."

Staynes added: "We are grateful to Bradfords, they have been a fantastic sponsor.

"But all good things have to come to an end at some point and we have to move on and find a new sponsor for next season.

"I'd like to think that we have been for their brand because they certainly have been for ours.

"Many clubs have not have been lucky enough to have had the same sponsors for eight years."
