Yeovil Town manager Russell Slade has completed a deal to sign former Sunderland midfielder Andy Welsh.
The 24-year-old made 21 appearances for Blackpool in the Championship last season, mostly as a substitute.
Welsh, a former Stockport trainee, was a free agent and has signed until the end of the season.
"It was great to get things tied up. This season is a big one for me and I want to get as many games under my belt as I can," Welsh told BBC Somerset.

Welsh had a brief spell with Major League Soccer side Toronto in 2007 after leaving Sunderland.
He impressed Slade during a trial spell at Huish Park before joining the Glovers permanently.
