Marc Bircham is determined to repay Yeovil Town for their faith in him after making his comeback from injury. The midfielder has been beset with back and hamstring problems since joining the Glovers from QPR in the summer, but did play in the reserves on Tuesday.
Bircham told the Western Daily Press: "It has been a nightmare with injuries over the last few months.
"I want to give Yeovil something back now because they have stood by me throughout my rehab."
He added: "It would be really nice for me to finally get out on the pitch and repay that faith."
Midfielder Marvin Williams also played 45 minutes in his first match back since undergoing ankle surgery in September.
