Yeovil trialist Ishmael Welsh wants to earn a permanent contract with the Glovers during this week's training camp in Cornwall. The West Ham man set up two goals and scored in Friday's 3-0 win at Eastleigh in front of boss Russell Slade.
Welsh, 18, told the Daily Press: "I know that the manager has said he's looking for a left-winger and hopefully that presents a chance for me.
"I'm hoping to get a contract here and I was happy with my form at Eastleigh."
