Oliver joined Yeovil from Woking last summer |
Stevenage Borough have completed the signing of Yeovil defender Luke Oliver for 15,000. Oliver, 23, has made just three substitute appearances for Yeovil since his move from Woking last summer and was sent out on loan by the Glovers.
The centre-half is Boro boss Graham Westley's third signing of the transfer window and has joined until the end of the 2007 season.
Westley has had to sell star striker Anthony Elding to fund the move.
Meanwhile Yeovil manager Steve Thompson has said that the Glovers have turned down numerous offers for their players during the January transfer window.
"We still feel there is an opportunity for them to commit themselves to the club," he told BBC Radio Bristol.
Efe Sodje, Lee Johnson and Darren Way have all been sold this month, while Daniel Webb recently joined the club.
