Wycombe manager Peter Taylor will be without the services of winger Gavin Grant for the foreseeable future.
The club's website reports that the former Millwall player will be absent from the squad, quoting "personal problems".
Managing director Steve Hayes said: "He is experiencing personal problems, but we are hopeful that the matter will be resolved in due course."
Grant, 24, joined the club in July and has made 10 appearances this season.
Taylor first signed Grant on loan from Millwall whilst he was at Stevenage Borough last February.
Grant was ruled out of contention earlier this season through illness, but is said to have recovered some time ago.
Hayes added: "Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside the club's control, Gavin Grant has been unavailable for selection for the past few weeks."
The club will not be issuing any further statement.
