Wycombe Wanderers' on-loan striker Simon Church is relishing the prospect of turning out for his home-town club.
The 19-year-old will finalise a one-month loan deal from Reading on Friday and will be eligible to play in the match against Chesterfield on Saturday.
"It's a great club and I'm really looking forward to getting started," Church told the Wycombe website.
"They have started very well in the league and I'll be aiming to help in any way I can."
He added: "I always look out for their results as they are my local team."
The Wales Under-21 international has also revealed his delight at linking up with manager Peter Taylor.
"Peter Taylor is a very good manager, he's been at the very highest level and to play for him will be a very good experience," he said.
Church has previously spent time on loan at League One sides Yeovil and Crewe.
