Wycombe Wanderers' manager Paul Lambert is considering his future as boss at Adams Park.

He told Three Counties Radio: "There's one or two little things, but the football club's been great. I've a couple of days to think what I feel."

He added: "It's got nothing to do with my wife being up in Scotland, I'll make the decision on football terms."

Lambert is expected to reveal his future to his staff at a meeting on Tuesday.

When asked whether he thought he would be in charge in August, he said: "I can't say what I'm going to do at the minute.

"I'll wait and see in the next couple of days and take it from there."
