Wycombe have continued to restructure their coaching staff by appointing Greg Heald as youth team coach and Richard Dobson as centre of excellence manager. It follows the recent departures from the backroom staff of coaches Steve Brown, Keith Ryan and John Granville.
Ex-Peterborough, Barnet, Leyton Orient, Rochdale and Aldershot defender Heald replaces Ian Culverhouse, who recently stepped up to become head coach.
Dobson was previously a part-time coach at Brentford's centre of excellence.
Heald hung up his boots in March 2006 after spending his final season as a player at Aldershot.
