"There's no reason why we can't go on a good run," said Derbyshire, whose goal gave Wrexham their first win in six and moved them to up to ninth in the table.

"We're a good team, a battling team and we showed that against Rochdale. We were unlucky not score more than one.

"But it's a good three points and we can go on from here. It was a difficult pitch - a bit like Blackpool beach."
