Newcastle's Georgian international has put his name to a two-year contract at Molineux, subject to a medical and the granting of a work permit. Ketsbaia said: "I'm very happy to be signing for Wolves. I can see Wolves have ambition to be in the Premier League. I hope for the fans we can do that this season." The 32-year-old moved to Newcastle from AEK Athens in the summer of 1997, and soon became a fan favourite. Wolves boss Colin Lee was delighted to land Ketsbaia following the selling of super-striker Ade Akinbiyi to Leicester for 5m recently.
