Wolves have signed midfielder David Jones from Derby County for an undisclosed fee, believed to be in the region of �1.2m.

Jones, 23, has signed a three-year contract with Wolves and joins Sam Vokes and Richard Stearman as new recruits at Molineux this summer.

Jones captained Manchester United to FA Youth Cup winning success in 2003, alongside Sylvan Ebanks-Blake.

After a loan spell at Preston and Dutch club Nijmegen, he joined Derby in 2007.
