Wolverhampton Wanderers have signed up young duo Wayne Hennessey and Stephen Ward on longer term contracts. Welsh international goalkeeper Hennessey only signed a revised contract at the start of this season.
But reported interest from other clubs has encouraged Wolves to give him a two-year extension which now ties him to the club until 2012.
Ward, whose current contract was due to run out at the end of next season, has also been granted a two-year extension.

The Irishman's deal now takes him to the end of the 2011 season. "They have both done very well," said manager Mick McCarthy. "And this is a just reward for their progress.
"We showed faith in Wayne in the summer when Matt Murray was injured and the suggestion was that we had no keeper.
"He has repaid that faith and I'm delighted that he's signed this new deal.
"Likewise, Wardy came to us from Bohemians last year and has made a rapid rise and there's still improvement to come from him."
