Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Chris Cornes will serve a six-month ban after failing a drugs test. The 19-year-old was randomly tested by the Football Association at the training ground in February and traces of cocaine were found in his sample.
Chief executive Jez Moxey told the club's website: "We were disappointed to learn that one of our players had tested positive for a banned substance.
"We will have a board meeting to make a decision about the player's future."
