Camara still wants top-flight football |
Wolves striker Henri Camara has started pre-season training after a meeting about his future with boss Glenn Hoddle and chief executive Jez Moxey. But the 28-year-old Senegal international, who has asked for a transfer, will be allowed to leave if an acceptable bid is made for him.
Moxey told the club's website: "We must receive fair market value for him if he is to leave us.
"If no acceptable offer arises, then we still have a very good player."
Wolves want to sell Camara, who put in a transfer request after they dropped out of the top-flight in 2003/2004.
"Controversial striker Henri Camara finally arrived late this afternoon and headed straight for talks with club officials," said a Wolves statement.
