Teenage Reading winger Jonathan Hayes has joined MK Dons on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old Republic of Ireland youth international will work with former Royals assistant boss Martin Allen at the League Two club.
Hayes told Reading's website: "I'm looking forward to getting out and playing first-team football.
"MK Dons are flying, up near the top of League Two and it'll be nice to play, especially in a team doing well."
