 Cotterill was a target for Wigan for a long time |
Wigan have signed Bristol City forward David Cotterill for �2m. The 18-year-old Wales international agreed to a three-year contract with the Latics on Thursday.
"David is a player we have been monitoring for some time and we have decided to act now," said Wigan boss Paul Jewell.
"He is one of those players who I think has the ability to make the grade
in the Premiership, which is why we've decided to take him."
