Weymouth are set to announce that they have sold their Wessex Stadium home.
The Terras will issue a press statement on Monday, expected to confirm that the land on the stadium site has been purchased by a so far unnamed buyer.
Weymouth have hit tough times financially, and this week put star striker Stuart Beavon up for sale.
In August, Terras chairman Malcolm Curtis unveiled plans for a new community sports stadium elsewhere in the town.
That project is dependent on the funds from the sale of the Wessex Stadium.
Curtis has been unavailable for comment, while Terras chief executive Gary Calder would only confirm that a statement would be released on Monday.
