Weymouth have named midfielder Anton Robinson as their new captain for the coming season.
Robinson succeeds Simon Weatherstone who left the Wessex Stadium this summer for Crawley Town.
New-signing Ryan Williams has been appointed club captain but Robinson will wear the armband on the pitch.
Terras boss John Hollins told the Dorset Echo: "Both players have many qualities and they will help run the players together."
He added: "We had a good session yesterday and there has definitely been an improvement in our fitness levels.
"The spirit in the squad is fantastic and we are now looking forward to getting some minutes on the pitch."
