Weymouth chairman Martyn Harrison believes the Conference club is close towards securing a positive future. He has been in talks with potential investors since admitting he could no longer sustain in his level of spending at the Wessex Stadium.
He said in a statement: "I am pleased to announce there have been positive developments relating to the future.
"I am unable to confirm any final decisions have been reached, I am positive a solution will be achieved."
