Weymouth boss Garry Hill has further strengthened his squad with the signing of former Stevenage Borough midfielder Simon Weatherstone. The 26-year-old played under Hill at Hornchurch before joining Stevenage in November 2004, but was released at the end of last season. He has also had previous spells with Yeovil, Boston and Oxford United. He becomes the Terras' sixth new signing since they clinched promotion to the Conference top flight.
