West Brom defender Joe Mattock could make a speedy return to action after his foot turned out not to be as badly injured as first feared.
The left-back was stretchered off during the first half of Albion's 4-1 win over Bristol City on Saturday.
However the Baggies have now reported that there was no fracture to his right foot, just bad bruising.
It is possible he could be in contention to play in Saturday's trip to Sheffield Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Vancouver Whitecaps striker Marcus Haber has arrived to spend four days training with the Baggies.
The 20-year-old scored eight goals during the United Soccer Leagues First Division campaign and was named the league's rookie of the year.
Haber has represented Canada at Under-17, Under-20 and Under-23 levels and spent two seasons on the books of the Dutch top-flight club Groningen.
