Beattie has made three appearances for West Brom this season

West Bromwich Albion have recalled striker Craig Beattie from his loan spell at Crystal Palace.

Beattie's spell at Selhurst Park has been cut short after Albion striker Ishmael Miller was ruled out for the rest of the season.

Miller's knee ligament injury left Baggies boss Tony Mowbray with just two fit strikers, in the shape of Roman Bednar and Luke Moore.

Beattie, 24, scored five goals in 15 appearances for the Eagles.
