Robinson was a bargain signing at just �25,000

West Brom left-back Paul Robinson has signed a new two-year contract, tying him to the club until 2010.

The deal also includes an option for the Baggies to extend the 29-year-old's contract for a further season.

Robinson, who has started both West Brom's Premier League matches this term, moved to the Hawthorns for �250,000 from Watford in 2003.

A virtual ever-present last season, Robinson has played 203 games for the Baggies, scoring four times.
