| West Bromwich Albion have been prevented from obtaining unused tickets for Monday's Championship play-off final at Wembley. Chairman Jeremy Peace led a delegation aiming to increase the club's 33,000 ticket allocation but they were refused because of crowd safety issues. "We appreciate that crowd safety must always be taken into consideration," Peace told the club's website. "Nevertheless, it's disappointing there will be thousands of empty seats."
