Ellington cost Watford 3.25m in 2007 and has scored just four goals
Watford striker Nathan Ellington says he is happy at the club.
The 28-year-old is transfer listed and had a trial at Blackburn this summer but a move never happened and he has not scored in eight games this season.
He told BBC Three Counties Radio: "I've done well pre-season, and now the manger is happy with me, so I'm very happy to be here.
"The fans are starting to see a little bit of me, and starting to turn around their thoughts, maybe."
"The first season I had wasn't too good and I want to repay that."
Once again the keeper's saved well, either the keeper's saved or I've missed, but it's going to come, I'm sure

After the 4-0 home defeat by Cardiff, he said: "It was just unlucky for me again. I keep plugging away, and the team kept plugging away. We'll fight all the way to the end.
"I really do want to start repaying the fans, and the club when they bought me. I want to show everyone how good I am.
"I'm still trying my best. I'm waiting my time to get my starts and getting my time on the pitch. I'm happy with the way I'm playing. I just would have liked to score a few today because I felt I played pretty well.
"Once again the keeper's saved well, either the keeper's saved or I've missed, but it's going to come, I'm sure. You can't keep shooting and not scoring."
