Walsall have signed the Spanish left back Zigor Aranalde on a two year contract.

The club's hoping to have international clearance in time for the 27-year-old to make his debut at Rotherham on Saturday.

Walsall tried to sign Aranalde two years ago, but he elected to stay in Spain at that time.

The Saddlers are hoping he can form a partnership on the left with his close friend Pedro Matias. He's the ninth Walsall signing of the summer.
