| Walsall manager Richard Money was pleased with his side's performance in Tuesday's League Cup defeat at Swansea. The Saddlers were beaten 2-0 in the first-round tie at the Liberty Stadium. "I thought we gave as good as we got throughout the 90 minutes and I'd sum up the night as a nearly performance," Money told Walsall's website. "We gave the ball away at times and chose the wrong ball here and there but it wasn't a million miles away from a decent performance."
